Our client, a doctor from Madrid was looking for an investment in Andalucia which gave a high yield. After conducting an extensive client profile to ensure that we understood the clients’ needs we sourced this Villa in an exclusive part of West Marbella.

This Villa was held in a company making the sales process easier and cheaper. It was provided to us via our network of contacts as an off market deal and was priced below market value.

Like most villas in the Costa del sol it cash flowed well providing over 80,000 euros in yearly turnover with advanced bookings of 60,000 euros already booked in for the coming year.

DEAL 2: Double your money on sale

Our client worked in the North Sea oil trade and had already bought a property from us for lifestyle use. Now hooked on Spain he wanted an investment property which he could rent out to cover the costs of the mortgage in the medium term and then sell for capital gains
